The community is located on the banks of the Shrewsbury River in the north end of Long Branch. Sea Winds has 66 townhouses with approximately 2,100 square feet of living space, three townhouses with approximately 2,800 square feet and one townhouse with about 3,400 square feet .
SeaWinds was built in the mid-1980's and maintains a contemporary appearance that offers amenities including an on-site marina with 40 boat slips, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.
For beach lovers, the Monmouth Beach Bathing Pavilion is about 1.5 miles from Sea Winds and the popular Pier Village restaurants and shops are 2.5 miles away.
For commuters, the Little Silver train station is less than a 10-minute drive and the NY high-speed ferry and Garden State Parkway are about 15 and 20 minutes away respectively.
